There's no doubt that people love to read about members of their community succeeding in their fields and achieving their goals. So the Inspire Foundation was delighted to see in early August the Star Community papers profile some of our most recent Grantees and how they're using their Grants to get to the next level.
William Stedman is one such Grantee who was profiled. His inspiring story of talent, commitment, passion and hard work has got him where he is today - representing New Zealand at the Rio 2016 Paralympics. We're very proud to have William as one of our 150 Inspire Foundation Alumni.
As well as celebrating this amazing local talent, we hope this coverage results in more young talented Cantabrians knocking on our door to share their achievements, tell us about their goals and apply to be an Inspire Foundation Recipient in the next round. Spread the word!
