Alex Reese is the founder of the Cricket Live Foundation and part of the Inspire Foundation alumni
The Cricket Live Foundation is a New Zealand based non-profit organisation who's objective is to bring Cricket to the children of Sri Lanka and India who currently live in underprivileged environments with limited opportunity.
In December, Alex was very fortunate to spend a week with a film crew from TV New Zealand in Sri Lanka. After years of trying to get a New Zealand based film crew to come to Sri Lanka to help them tell their story, they finally made it happen thanks to the team at Sunday TVNZ.
After a week of shooting film from the back of a tuk-tuk, following trains down the coast with a drone, and conducting some rather emotive interviews, the TV crew captured exactly what the Cricket Live Foundation is all about.
