At 17, Hayden Chisholm is a sailor who has competed since the age of seven across classes including Optimist, Starling and ILCA 6, and now races the WASZP out of Naval Point Yacht Club. He was named 2025 Youth National Champion in the Paper Tiger class and has been selected as one of only ten sailors worldwide for the Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Tour in Italy. This Grant supports his travel to compete in the WASZP regatta. A contracted NZIODA coach, Hayden aims to become a professional sailor or sailing coach.
