Now 19, Harley McVicar has been accepted into Parsons School of Design in New York with a renewable four-year scholarship, placing her among a highly selective group of emerging artists. She has achieved academic excellence across Painting, Printmaking, Textiles, and Art History, including selection for the NCEA Level 3 Top Art Exhibition and a scholarship awarded to the top 1 percent of students. Harley has consistently been recognised as a leading student artist and brings a distinctive, versatile style to her work. This Grant supports her move to Parsons in 2026, where she aims to develop her practice and build a career in the global art and fashion industry.
