Now 20, Jessica Pope is a fourth-year University of Canterbury student completing a Bachelor of Laws with Honours alongside a Bachelor of Science in Geography. She has been selected to represent the University of Canterbury at the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition in Washington DC. Jessica has received multiple academic prizes, including top marks across core second-year law papers and the highest grade in Contract Law, alongside selection into the Law Honours Programme. This Grant supports her travel to compete internationally, where she will further develop her advocacy skills as she works toward a career in environmental law.
