Born in Blenheim, I’m a Year 11 student at Marlborough Boys’ College and have been passionate about tennis since I was three. I’m currently the number one junior player in Marlborough and have won both the Marlborough and Rapaura senior club championships. Alongside my own training, I coach kids aged 4–14 at Rapaura Tennis, teaching technique and inspiring them to enjoy the game. I’m also an active member of the MBC Sports Committee and enjoy participating in other sports.
My achievements include winning the Tasman Secondary Tournament in 2024 and 2025, the Marlborough Junior Residential singles and doubles in 2025, and numerous other national and regional titles. I currently train over 14 hours a week through private lessons, squad training, and hitting sessions, while balancing schoolwork and coaching, with the goal of earning a USA college scholarship. I’m ranked #24 in New Zealand for 15u tennis.
Next year, I will join St Kentigern College, home to New Zealand’s top school tennis program, aiming to be their most valuable player and bring my experiences back to represent Marlborough. In the next five years, I hope to secure a sports scholarship in the United States and return to play top-level tennis, with aspirations to represent New Zealand.
