Sophie is passionate about social justice and has a strong volunteering background. At 22, she’s studying Law and Commerce at Canterbury Uni, is a Migrant Legal Clinic Intern at the NZ Business Assoc, and collaborated on govt submissions on Migrant Exploitation and Modern Slavery. She’s heavily involved in youth leadership, wellbeing, women in business, sports captaincy and holds Duke of Edinburgh Silver and Gold. This Grant will help Sophie to an academic exchange at Radboud University (Netherlands) towards a career in making a global difference to communities in need.
