Chris is currently the No. 1 ranked U17 year old in New Zealand, is a member of the World Junior boys training squad and played as the top seed in the NZ team for the Trans-Tasman Secondary School Squash competition in Australia. He trains 6 times per week, often twice a day, to give him the best chance of achieving his goals of making the NZ team for the World Junior Champs next year, winning the U19 National Champs and ultimately competing for NZ at the Commonwealth Games in 2026. One of Chris’s referees comments, “It is hard these days to find young kids who are 100% committed to being the best player they can be but Chris is one of those players”.
