Jack Flynn
Medicine
A rugby injury forced Finn to find another sport and his grandfather suggested he pick up an axe. That was 2 years ago, and in this time, Finn has been selected as the sole U16 South Island representative to go to the Sydney Royal Easter show. He has placed 3rd in the U21 Christchurch Championships and won the Novice Chop in Melbourne and the multi day show in Coast Buller. He also won the Father and Son Chops at the Royal Melbourne and Sydney Shows competing with his Grandfather. It is Finn’s goal to be in the South Island and New Zealand teams and finish in the top 3 for the U23 NZ Rookie Championship. Finn is 18 years old.
