Hamish Giddens is 17 and a first-year student at The Royal Ballet School in London. He recently won the Prix de Lausanne Asia-Pacific preselection, was accepted into the Royal New Zealand Ballet mentoring programme, and named New Zealand Young Performer of the Year. This Grant supports his tuition, boarding, and travel costs. Hamish’s goal is to graduate with distinction and become a principal dancer with The Royal Ballet.
