At 22, Kiri has already made it onto European and Asian triathlon podiums. Initially focused on swimming at the Olympics Kiri switched to triathlons in 2015 while studying at Canterbury University. Now balancing full-time work with training, Kiri wants to further excel while inspiring others to follow in her footsteps. This Grant will help Kiri represent NZ in the Elite U23 World Tri Champs in Switzerland, as she works towards her Commonwealth and Olympic Games dreams.
