Leonardo, 22, is an Electrical and Electronic Engineering student at the University of Canterbury, with a diploma in Global Humanitarian Engineering. As Regional Youth Champion for Australia, NZ, and Oceania for DTH Lab, Leonardo advocates for sustainable healthcare solutions. He has represented NZ at the Raisina Dialogue in India, been selected as a COP29 delegate, and is a member of the Asia NZ Foundation’s Leadership Network. This Grant will support his attendance at the 2025 ECOSOC Youth Forum at the UN, where he will advocate for youth representation and clean energy initiatives.
