Meg has represented Marlborough in both hockey and water polo and started rowing in 2018 at Marlborough Girls College. She has been awarded the top oarswomen for her club and school from 2018 – 2020. She enjoys the mental and physical challenge associated with rowing and loves being part of an awesome group of girls. Meg has also won the U18 eights at the recent Maadi Cup and was selected for the New Zealand U19 4’s crew to go to Australia. Meg is head of Awatere House at Marlborough Girls College, is at bronze level for her Duke of Marlborough Award and is a Stars Mentor for year 9 students. Her future goals involve study and progressing through the New Zealand age group squads in rowing, with an eye on one day rowing at the Olympics.
