An enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for helping both people and the environment, Olivia’s passion has been inspired by her beloved mother who left an everlasting legacy on the Marlborough community. Raised in Marlborough and being surrounded by a compassionate village shaping her into who she is today. Her Girl Guiding peers and leaders were influential in her journey, starting as a shy Guide and later becoming a confident Ranger before going on to get her Queen's Guide Award.
Recently Olivia completed studies at Lincoln University and has become a Brownie Leader in Lincoln.
Her achievements include Shave for a Cure through Lincoln Uni - raising over $1200 (2023), Scouts National Council under 26 rep for the Upper South Island (Present), Jump for Cancer skydiving 13,000 ft raising $1,200 for the Cancer Society Marlborough (2022), winning the Top of Marlborough Lines Science Fair Award (2020), and being the Rimu Scout Park Pond Project Restoration Manager, designing and implementing an ongoing restoration plan for Scouts in Christchurch to beautify the Scout Park and bring back native fauna and flora.
