Just 16, Pieta is on her way in the U18 women’s squad to compete at the Jnr World Champs in Bulgaria. A seasoned NZ Rep and title holder, this year already Pieta has raced in the Oceania Champs in Sydney and been a title winner, Gold medallist and all round star across Australasia. Originally training in ballet for 10 years along with competing in judo, athletics, netball, and touch rugby, Pieta has proven herself to be a tough and focused individual with an exciting future and an eye on the Olympics one day
