Only 16, William holds many NZ records and has been selected for the Rio Paralympic Games. He has Cerebral Palsy and began competing just over two years ago, building an impressive international track record. Despite competing against athletes often 10 years older, William broke 4 NZ records in a recent competition and won 3 Golds.
